Job Description

Trity Environ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, billing, client coordination, vendor communication, and operational support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations, invoices, and billing documents.
  • Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers for product inquiries, quotations, and order updates.
  • Search and identify new manufacturers, distributors, and vendors using Google and other online platforms.
  • Upload bills, invoices, and documents on client portals and other online platforms.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and office documentation.
  • Handle office administration, filing, and record management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Management teams for smooth business operations.
  • Maintain office inventory and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist management with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
