Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & CounsellingCounsel students and parents regarding courses, batches, fees, scholarships, and career options.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, website leads, and online inquiries.
- Conduct institute tours and explain facilities and teaching methodology.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students until admission is completed.
- Lead ManagementMaintain and update inquiry records in the CRM or admission register.
- Track daily leads from all marketing sources.
- Ensure timely follow-up of every inquiry.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- DocumentationVerify admission forms and required documents.
- Collect and maintain student records.
- Coordinate fee collection with the accounts department.
- Ensure all admission documentation is complete and accurate.
- Parent RelationshipBuild strong relationships with parents and students.
- Address admission-related queries professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Coordinate orientation sessions for newly admitted students.
