Job Description
Job SummaryNature Hospitality is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day back office operations.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documents.
- Prepare reports and maintain MIS data.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
- Manage emails, invoices, and other office documentation.
- Verify and process customer information accurately.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
