Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Process daily orders received and process and print from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Download, verify, and update order details in the system
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips
• Coordinate closely with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Update order status (packed, shipped, delivered, RTO) on marketplaces
• Handle inventory updates and stock coordination with the warehouse team
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch, returns, and cancellations
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet)
• Basic understanding of invoice and shipping processes
• Ability to coordinate with packing and warehouse staff
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Prior e-commerce experience is an added advantage
