Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students for UG/PG/PhD admissions and guide them on suitable options

• Handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication

• Provide guidance on research, thesis, and publication-related processes

• Manage leads, maintain records, and update CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and delivery

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients


Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of higher education and research process

• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups

• Target-oriented and proactive approach

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM)
