Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Outreach
▸ Identify and connect with potential distributors, retailers, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
▸ Execute high-volume outbound calls to pitch Canjuice products and bulk ordering programs.
▸ Build a structured follow-up pipeline to maximize lead-to-order conversion.
Sales & Order Procurement
▸ Understand client needs and present tailored product offerings from Canjuice's portfolio.
▸ Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and commercial terms to close deals profitably.
▸ Coordinate with internal operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Client Relationship Management
▸ Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key buyers and decision-makers.
▸ Deliver proactive after-sales support to drive repeat orders and referrals.
▸ Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries and escalations.
Market Intelligence
▸ Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and bulk buyer behaviour to refine sales strategy.
▸ Channel buyer feedback to the product and marketing teams for new product development insights.
Digital Sales & WhatsApp Marketing
▸ Publish daily WhatsApp stories featuring Canjuice products, seasonal offers, and client testimonials.
▸ Send personalised outreach messages to prospective bulk buyers and nurture engagement consistently.
▸ Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert interest into confirmed orders.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
▸ Maintain accurate call logs, CRM records, and daily/weekly MIS sales reports.
▸ Present performance updates to sales leadership and flag risks or opportunities proactively.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
✓ Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
✓ Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate sales, or telecalling (2+ year).
✓ Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals under pressure.
✓ Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset and comfort with monthly targets.
✓ Proficient in MS Excel; familiar with basic MIS reporting.
✓ Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media sales channels is a plus.
