Vacancy for Chartered Accountant responsible for managing a portfolio of clients including listed entities and ensuring their financial activities comply with legal and regulatory standards:-

A. Key Responsibilities

1. Auditing and Assurance:

1.1 Conducting statutory audits to verify that financial statements are accurate and comply with government regulations.

1.2 Performing internal audits, wherever required, to evaluate the effectiveness of a client's internal controls and risk management.

2. Taxation Services:

2.1 Advising on tax planning strategies to legally minimize liabilities for individuals and corporations.

2.2 Preparing and filing income tax, GST, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.

2.3 Representing clients in disputes before tax authorities, such as the Income Tax Department in India.

3. Financial Reporting:

3.1 Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements (balance sheets, P&L accounts) in accordance with standards like IFRS or GAAP.

3.2 Generating Management Information System (MIS) reports to help client leadership make strategic decisions.
