Job Description

Manage relationships with existing customers (Government, PSU, and Private Sector).

Follow up for repeat orders, quotations, and pending inquiries.

Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior management with customers and officials.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to schedule meetings.

Maintain customer databases, meeting schedules, and follow-up records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and correspondence.

Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
