Job Title: Loan Telecalling Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Loan Telecalling Executive to connect with potential borrowers and introduce our digital lending solutions.

In this role, you will handle outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, understand their financial needs, explain our loan products, and guide interested applicants into our loan origination system (LOS).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from pre-filtered leads; pitch personal, business, or retail loan products.
• Need Assessment: Understand the applicant’s requirements, evaluate financial profiles briefly, and recommend the right loan product.
• Documentation Support: Assist interested customers with the initial application process and explain the digital document submission steps.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up diligently with warm prospects to ensure high conversion rates from lead to application stage.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all interactions, call dispositions, and customer feedback in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 0.5 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (prior experience with NBFCs, banks, or fintech platforms is a big plus).
• Communication: Fluent verbal communication in the regional language and Hindi/English, with a polite and convincing phone manner.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, auto-dialers, and basic digital applications.
• Core Traits: Result-driven, resilient to rejections, and empathetic toward customer constraints.
