CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced CNC Wood Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ghaziabad and Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC woodworking machines for the production of wooden doors, HDHMR panels, MDF panels, and related furniture components.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Router machines independently.
• Read production drawings and execute cutting jobs accurately.
• Set up tools, cutters, and workpieces before machining.
• Perform cutting, carving, grooving, drilling, and nesting operations.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and high-quality finishing.
• Carry out routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Minimize material wastage and optimize cutting efficiency.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Requirements

1. 3–5 years of experience operating woodworking CNC Router machines.
2. Experience with HDHMR, MDF, plywood, WPC, laminates, and flush/designer doors is mandatory.
3. Ability to understand AutoCAD drawings.
4. Basic knowledge of ArtCAM, Aspire, or similar CNC software will be preferred.
5. Experience in tool changing, machine calibration, and troubleshooting.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
