GS Tool & Dies अपनी प्रिसीजन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक कुशल और बारीकी से काम करने वाले Surface Grinder Machine Operator की तलाश कर रहा है। इस भूमिका में आपको Dies, Jigs, Fixtures और Injection Molding Parts के लिए उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले कंपोनेंट्स की फिनिशिंग का कार्य करना होगा। आदर्श उम्मीदवार को Manual और Semi-Automatic Grinding Processes की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए और यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि प्रत्येक पार्ट आवश्यक टॉलरेंस और Surface Finish Standards के अनुसार तैयार हो।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:मशीन संचालन:
Surface Grinding Machines को सेट अप करना और चलाना, ताकि धातु के वर्कपीस की फ्लैट या कंटूर्ड सतहों की ग्राइंडिंग की जा सके।
प्रिसीजन माप:
Engineering Drawings को समझना और Micrometers, Vernier Calipers तथा Dial Indicators जैसे सटीक माप उपकरणों का उपयोग करके माइक्रोन स्तर तक Dimensions की जाँच करना।
Grinding Wheel Dressing:
Material की Hardness और आवश्यक Surface Finish के आधार पर उचित Grinding Wheel का चयन करना और उसे Dress करना।
Workholding:
Magnetic Chucks, Sine Plates या Specialized Fixtures का उपयोग करके Workpieces को सुरक्षित रूप से पकड़ना, ताकि सही Parallelism और Squareness बनी रहे।
Quality Control:
Engineering Drawing के अनुसार Parts की गुणवत्ता और Dimensions की नियमित जाँच करना।
Maintenance:
मशीन की कार्यक्षमता बनाए रखने के लिए Daily Machine Maintenance करना, जिसमें Coolant Management और Lubrication शामिल हैं।
