Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to manage customer queries across calls, chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using CRM Software (Training will be provided), handling phone conversations, and crafting engaging replies on platforms like YouTube and Instagram.


  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Use internal software/CRM tools to track, manage, and close customer queries.
  • Respond to comments and DMs on Instagram and YouTube in a friendly, engaging, and brand-aligned tone.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Identify common customer concerns and suggest improvements
