Job Description

  • Required collection telecaller for Banking Work.Outbound/Inbound Calls: Making cold calls to potential leads and handling inbound customer inquiries.
  • Sales & Promotion: Explaining product/service features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases.
  • Customer Support: Addressing client grievances, resolving complaints, and providing information in a professional manner.
  • Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining customer databases and logging call details, such as outcomes or follow-up requirements.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales targets.
