Job Summary :-

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries professionally across phone calls, WhatsApp, emails and chat while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer queries through Calls, WhatsApp, Email and Chat.

 Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, cancellations and refunds.

 Provide accurate product information and assist customers.

 Coordinate with logistics and internal teams.

 Maintain customer records and daily reports in Microsoft Excel.

 Ensure timely follow-up until customer issues are resolved. Required Skills

 Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).

 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Data Entry, Filters, Copy-Paste, Basic Formulas).

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and Email.

 Good typing speed and professional communication skills.

 Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification

 12th Pass / Graduate.  Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
