Job SummaryHum ek talented Performance Marketing Executive ki talash me hain jo Meta (Facebook & Instagram) aur Google Ads manage kar sake, high-quality leads generate kare, social media accounts handle kare, aur creative ad creatives aur videos bana sake.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMeta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaign create, manage aur optimize karna.
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) campaign chalana.
  • Lead generation aur cost per lead (CPL) optimize karna.
  • Facebook, Instagram aur LinkedIn pages ko manage karna.
  • Monthly content calendar aur social media posts plan karna.
  • Canva, CapCut ya Adobe tools ki madad se ad creatives aur promotional videos banana.
  • AI tools ka use karke marketing content aur videos create karna.
  • Pixel, Conversion Tracking aur Analytics monitor karna.
  • Campaign performance reports taiyar karna aur improvement suggestions dena.
  • Sales team ke saath coordination karke lead quality improve karna.
  • Required SkillsMeta Ads Manager ka practical experience.
  • Google Ads ka experience.
  • Canva, CapCut ya Adobe Premiere Pro ka basic se advanced knowledge.
  • Video editing aur short-form reels banane ka experience.
  • Social Media Management ka experience.
  • Copywriting aur ad creatives banane ki understanding.
