Dispatch & Logistics Executive
Department: Operations / Supply Chain
Location: StarShield Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Job Summary
The Dispatch & Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely dispatch of finished goods, coordinating with production, stores, transporters, and customers, while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily dispatches as per sales orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality teams for dispatch readiness.
- Coordinate with transporters and arrange vehicles for timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and share dispatch updates with customers.
- Ensure proper packing, loading, and safe transportation of products.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory updates in Tally/Busy/CRM/Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
Qualifications
- 12th pass/Pursuing graduation/Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain (manufacturing experience preferred).
