🚨 Urgent Hiring – Billing Executive/ Tax & Compliance and collection 🚨

🏢 Company: Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Sector 48, Gurugram (Gurgaon)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per Month (Based on Experience and profile)

⏰ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Position: Billing Executive

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Billing and Invoicing.

Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or service industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately and within timelines.

Ensure compliance with GST regulations and e-Invoicing requirements.

Generate and maintain billing records, reports, and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with operations, finance, and clients for billing-related matters.

Review contracts, agreements, and commercial terms to ensure accurate invoicing.

Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.

Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for collections.

Manage document scanning, uploading, filing, and record maintenance.

Support month-end and year-end billing and reconciliation activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of GST, e-Invoicing, and taxation-related billing processes.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:

VLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Formulas & Functions

Data Management & Reporting

Good understanding of accounting principles and billing procedures.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
