E Commerce Cum Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to manage e-commerce operations and warehouse activities. The role involves handling online marketplace operations (such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), order processing, inventory management, and coordinating warehouse dispatch to ensure smooth fulfillment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce OperationsManage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and update product listings, pricing, stock availability, and images.
• Process daily orders, returns, and customer queries on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketplace support teams for claims, reimbursements, and issue resolution.
• Track sales performance, reviews, and ratings.
• Assist in running promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
• Warehouse ManagementManage inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and order dispatch.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipments and pickups.
• Conduct periodic stock audits.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / e-commerce platforms.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of logistics and shipping processes.
• QualificationsGraduate in Commerce, Business, or any related field.
• Freshers with interest in e-commerce and operations can apply.
• 0–2 years experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse management preferred.
