Key Responsibilities:
· Counsel students and parents on courses, universities, career options, and admission requirements
· Handle walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, emails, and online leads
· Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
· Maintain student records and follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions
· Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
· Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
· Provide accurate information on course structure, eligibility, fees, and timelines
· Coordinate with internal academic & operations teams
