फैक्ट्री लेबर (Factory Labour) – नौकरी का विवरण

Celest Recruitment Solutions अपनी टीम में फैक्ट्री लेबर की भर्ती कर रही है। इस पद पर आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारी ठेकेदारों एवं सुपरवाइजर की सहायता करना, मशीनों के संचालन में सहयोग देना तथा कार्यस्थल पर सभी सुरक्षा (Health & Safety) नियमों का पालन करना होगा। इस पद के लिए मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और काम के प्रति सजग उम्मीदवार की आवश्यकता है।

इन-हैंड वेतन: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 प्रति माह

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)फैक्ट्री में उपयोग होने वाली मशीनों एवं उपकरणों के संचालन और देखभाल में सहयोग करना।
  • मशीन ऑपरेटर, बढ़ई (Carpenter) एवं अन्य कुशल कर्मचारियों की आवश्यकता अनुसार सहायता करना।
  • कार्यस्थल को साफ-सुथरा रखना तथा बाधाओं एवं संभावित खतरों को हटाना।
  • निर्माण एवं फैक्ट्री सामग्री की लोडिंग और अनलोडिंग करना।
  • सुपरवाइजर द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करना और कार्य में सहयोग देना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ऑन-द-जॉब प्रशिक्षण (On-the-Job Training) में भाग लेना।
  • कार्य पूरा होने के बाद साइट एवं कार्यस्थल की सफाई करना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता (Job Requirements)न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं से कम (Below 10th)।
  • अनुभव: 0 से 5 वर्ष।
  • उम्मीदवार की आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
  • उम्मीदवार शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ हो तथा कठिन शारीरिक कार्य करने में सक्षम हो।
  • सभी मौसमों में कार्य करने की क्षमता हो।
  • समय का पालन (Punctuality), नियमित उपस्थिति (Attendance) और जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करना आवश्यक है।
