Fashion Designer

Job Title: Fashion Designer — BWGRAB / Bechanewala

Job Description:

We're looking for a Fashion Designer to join our in-house design team for our streetwear (BWGRAB) .

What you'll do:

• Create original hand-drawn and digital sketches for new garment designs (tees, hoodies, dresses)
• Work closely with fabric and print — should understand different cloth types, textures, and how prints/embroidery translate onto garments
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and suggest new design directions based on what's working in the market
• Use design software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) to prepare print-ready files
• Support day-to-day design-related office coordination — liaising with tailors/vendors, tracking sample approvals, and basic documentation

What we're looking for:

• Genuine passion for fashion and design — not just a job, someone who actually follows trends and cares about the craft
• Strong hand-sketching or digital design ability
• Basic computer skills (MS Office + design software)
• Understanding of fabric types and garment construction
• Comfortable handling both creative work and routine office tasks
• Candidates based in or near Ghaziabad will be preferred (this is an in-office role)

Qualification: Diploma in Fashion Design or related field

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

English: Basic English required
