Job Description
Production Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the entire production cycle from fabric cutting to final stitching.
* Ensure 100% quality compliance in fabric layering, marker placement, cutting, and workmanship.
* Coordinate and manage all fabricators, stitching units, and production vendors to achieve committed timelines.
* Conduct regular factory visits to monitor production, resolve bottlenecks, and accelerate output.
* Identify, develop, and onboard new fabrication units to expand production capacity.
* Enforce strict quality standards and ensure every garment matches approved samples and specifications.
* Track daily production, maintain follow-ups, and ensure on-time dispatches.
* Optimize production speed, efficiency, and resource utilization while minimizing delays and rework.
* Act as the primary bridge between Design, QC, Warehouse, and Fabrication teams for seamless execution.
* Drive accountability across all production partners and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
