कार्य का विवरणAdvintrix Private Limited के लिए ऐसे जिम्मेदार और मेहनती फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है, जो आउटडोर मीडिया, RWA बोर्ड इंस्टॉलेशन, साइट सर्वे (Recce), फोटो कलेक्शन एवं फील्ड ऑपरेशन्स का कार्य प्रभावी ढंग से संभाल सके।

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँआउटडोर मीडिया साइट्स का सर्वे (Recce) करना।
  • RWA बोर्ड, होर्डिंग, स्टैंडी, कियोस्क एवं अन्य ब्रांडिंग सामग्री की इंस्टॉलेशन का निरीक्षण एवं समन्वय करना।
  • इंस्टॉलेशन के बाद स्पष्ट फोटो एवं वीडियो एकत्र कर ऑफिस टीम को भेजना।
  • साइट की लोकेशन, विजिबिलिटी और उपयुक्तता का मूल्यांकन करना।
  • फील्ड विजिट की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
  • वेंडर्स, इंस्टॉलेशन टीम एवं RWA प्रतिनिधियों के साथ समन्वय करना।
  • ब्रांडिंग सामग्री की गुणवत्ता एवं सही इंस्टॉलेशन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • आवश्यकता अनुसार क्लाइंट साइट विजिट करना।
  • सभी फील्ड गतिविधियों की दैनिक रिपोर्ट (EOD) साझा करना।
  • योग्यतान्यूनतम 12वीं पास (स्नातक उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता)।
  • आउटडोर मीडिया, BTL एक्टिवेशन या फील्ड ऑपरेशन का अनुभव होने पर वरीयता।
  • स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग एवं फोटो/वीडियो भेजने की जानकारी।
  • दिल्ली-एनसीआर में यात्रा करने की क्षमता।
  • जिम्मेदार, समयनिष्ठ एवं टीम के साथ कार्य करने की क्षमता।
  • आवश्यक कौशलअच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल
  • फील्ड कोऑर्डिनेशन
  • रिपोर्टिंग एवं डॉक्यूमेंटेशन
  • बेसिक MS Excel/Google Maps का ज्ञान
  • समस्या समाधान की क्षमता
  • कार्य समयकंपनी के निर्धारित कार्य समय के अनुसार।
  • आवश्यकता होने पर फील्ड की जरूरत के अनुसार अतिरिक्त समय कार्य करना पड़ सकता है।
