Job DescriptionGS Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to expand our customer network and strengthen our presence in the steel market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's steel products.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, traders, contractors, and industrial customers to promote GS Enterprises' products.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Submit daily visit reports and market updates.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

• Knowledge of the steel or building materials industry is an added advantage.

Salary₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Performance Incentives.
