Job Description
- फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव – रूफटॉप सोलर सॉल्यूशनमुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities)घरों, दुकानों और कंपनियों के लिए सोलर प्रोजेक्ट के ग्राहक ढूंढना।
- ग्राहकों से मिलकर उनकी बिजली की जरूरत समझना।
- रूफटॉप सोलर के फायदे, बिजली बचत और सब्सिडी की जानकारी देना।
- साइट विजिट करके सोलर लगाने की संभावना देखना।
- ग्राहक को कोटेशन और प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी देना।
- नए ग्राहक बनाना और पुराने ग्राहकों से संबंध अच्छे रखना।
- मासिक सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना।
- इंस्टॉलेशन टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
- फोन कॉल और फॉलो-अप करके डील क्लोज करना।
- मार्केट में सोलर की नई जानकारी और प्रतियोगियों पर नजर रखना।
- जरूरी गुण (Qualities)अच्छी बातचीत और समझाने की क्षमता।
- आत्मविश्वास और स्मार्ट पर्सनालिटी।
- मेहनती और लक्ष्य पूरा करने वाला स्वभाव।
- फील्ड में घूमकर काम करने की क्षमता।
- ग्राहकों से अच्छे संबंध बनाने की कला।
- बेसिक कंप्यूटर और मोबाइल ऐप की जानकारी।
- सोलर सिस्टम की सामान्य जानकारी होना।
- समस्या का समाधान करने की सोच।
- योग्यता (Qualification)ग्रेजुएशन / डिप्लोमा (कोई भी स्ट्रीम)।
- सेल्स या मार्केटिंग का अनुभव होना अच्छा माना जाएगा।
- सोलर या इलेक्ट्रिकल फील्ड का अनुभव अतिरिक्त फायदा देगा।

- Field Sales Executive – Rooftop Solar SolutionsResponsibilitiesFind new customers for rooftop solar projects.
- Visit homes, shops, and companies to understand electricity needs.
- Explain solar system benefits, electricity savings, subsidy, and ROI to customers.
- Conduct site visits and guide customers about solar installation.
- Prepare quotations and share project details with clients.
- Follow up with customers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with installation and technical teams.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Maintain daily sales and customer reports.
- Stay updated with solar market trends and government policies.
- QualitiesGood communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to travel and work in the field.
