Job Description
Nexora Creations Pvt. Ltd. (Brand: Clazzey) is hiring a Production & Operations Supervisor for our garment manufacturing facility in Sahibabad. This role is a mix of managing factory workers and managing basic data entry on a computer.
- Key Responsibilities:Worker Supervision: Manage daily production, stitching lines, and manufacturing workers on the factory floor.
- Payroll & PagarBook: Calculate daily "per piece" worker outputs and enter details into the PagarBook app/Excel at the end of the day.
- Software & Billing: Use our internal costing software to generate final bills, create PDFs, and send them to the main warehouse.
- Stock Movement: Create basic Purchase Orders (POs) for stock transfers to our main and Amazon warehouses (training provided).
