Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and well-connected professional to lead our broker network in Noida Extension. The role involves sourcing resale flats through brokers, investors, and property owners, while also driving the sale of these properties through an active broker and channel partner network.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Sourcing
* Source resale flats through brokers, investors, and property owners.
* Build exclusive and high-quality resale inventory across Noida Extension.
* Maintain an updated inventory database and market intelligence.
Broker Network Development
* Build and manage a strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners.
* Develop long-term relationships with brokers to increase sourcing and sales opportunities.
* Conduct regular broker engagement and networking activities.
Sales & Business Development
* Drive the sale of resale flats through brokers and channel partners.
* Coordinate buyer leads with brokers and ensure timely site visits.
* Negotiate and close transactions in coordination with buyers, sellers, and brokers.
* Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
Transaction Management
* Coordinate documentation, agreements, and registry processes.
* Work closely with operations and CRM teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
Market Intelligence
* Track pricing trends, resale demand, and competitor activity.
* Identify new business opportunities in the Noida Extension market.

* Real estate experience is mandatory.
* Strong broker network in Noida Extension/Greater Noida.
* Proven experience in sourcing and selling residential resale properties.
