Job Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors to ensure business growth.
- Expand retail network by increasing market coverage and outlet penetration.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities, market visits, and reporting through the CRM/Field Assist app.
- Ensure timely collection of Payments for Super Stockists, Distributors etc
