The Gold Loan Relationship Officer will play a vital role in our Loans Against Gold department, focusing on marketing and branch operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored gold loan solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our business by ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
• Promote and market gold loan products to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features effectively.
• Process gold loan applications, ensuring accurate and timely documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of gold loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer onboarding.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on loan disbursals, repayments, and customer interactions.
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand our customer base.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of gold loan products, including loan processing and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
• A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
• A valid driving license and the ability to commute to different branch locations.
