Menu Preparation: Humare fixed pure veg menu ke hisaab se items prepare karna.

• Equipment Handling: Aapko mainly electric machinery operate karni hogi (jaise Griller, Deep Fryer, Coffee Machine, aadi).

• Consistent Taste: Khane ki quality aur taste mein consistency maintain karna sabse zaroori hai (har baar ek jaisa badhiya swaad aana chahiye).

• Hygiene: kitchen ke standard aur saaf-safai (hygiene) ko strictly follow karna.
