Job Description

Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, handle check-in/check-out, assign rooms, and issue keys.

Reservations & Admin: Manage, modify, and cancel reservations using property management software (PMS).

Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.

Financials: Process payments (cash/card), handle billing, and reconcile the cash drawer.

Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and maintenance.

Information Hub: Inform guests about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
