Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage all housekeeping operations at our facility in Kailash Mansarovar, Indrapuram. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the hotel industry, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance coordination
• Ensure all areas (guest areas, common spaces, banquet halls, restrooms, etc.) meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs, schedules, and quality control measures
• Train, mentor, and monitor housekeeping staff for performance and discipline
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments (security, maintenance, administration) for smooth operations
• Handle guest/client complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance standards
• Eligibility Criteria:
• Mandatory: Experience in the hotel industry (candidates from other industries will not be considered)
• Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of housekeeping machinery, chemicals, and hygiene standards
• Preferred Profile:Candidates with an Army background will be given preference
• Discipline-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused individuals
