HR Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and provide administrative HR support.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Post Graduate
• Preferred Courses: MBA, Executive MBA, PGDM, PG Diploma, Master of Human Resource Management
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Intermediate English

Shift:

• Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary:

• ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
