HR Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented tele caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage both outbound and inbound calls, effectively communicate with potential candidates, and help drive sales growth. JOINING IS IMMEDIATE WITH GOOD SALARY.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Engage with prospective candidates align interviews 

• Inbound Calls: Respond to candidate’s queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport with candidates to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Data Management: Accurately record details of calls, including customer feedback and follow-up requirements, in the CRM system.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for hiring, lead generation.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the operation dept to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
