Understand the hiring requirements from the department.

Verify candidate documents and employment details.

Negotiate salary and explain the job offer.

Issue offer letters and coordinate the joining process.

Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment records.

Ensure all positions are filled within the required timeline.

Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Track recruitment metrics such as:

• Number of positions filled
• Time to hire
• Offer acceptance rate
• Candidate joining ratio

Coordinate with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Support onboarding activities for newly joined employees.
