Inventory Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware products such as:
• Batteries
• Joint Enclosures
• Servers
• Monitors
• Printers
• UPS Systems
• Networking Equipment
• Routers & Switches
• Cables & Accessories
• Other IT Hardware Components
• Ensure proper storage and identification of all materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain stock accuracy with minimum inventory variance.

Store Operations

• Handle all Inward and Outward material entries.
• Prepare and maintain:
• Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
• Delivery Challans
• Issue Slips
• Stock Registers
• Material Movement Records
• Ensure proper documentation for every stock movement.
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Operations, and Accounts departments.

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain Excel sheets and store records accurately.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Keep all store documents properly filed and organized.

Material Handling

• Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
• Verify received quantities and product conditions.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of fragile IT equipment.
• Coordinate dispatches as per company requirements.

Housekeeping & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.

Follow company safety procedures.  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and stock record maintenance.
• Experience in maintaining stock registers and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
