Lab Testing Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a young and enthusiastic Lab Testing Engineer to work in our testing laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for conducting testing activities, maintaining accurate test data, and handling laboratory instruments. Candidates with basic instrument knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing using laboratory instruments and equipment
• Perform testing and analysis as per defined standards
• Record, maintain, and analyze test results accurately
• Prepare test reports and maintain documentation in Excel
• Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and calibration of testing instruments
• Assist in quality control and product development activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for testing-related requirements
• Instruments & Testing Knowledge PreferredGSM Tester
• Thickness Tester
• Air Permeability Tester
• Porometer / Pore Size Analysis
• Tensile & Tear Strength Testing
• Elongation Testing
• Pressure Drop Testing

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures

• Good observation and analytical skills
• Quick learner with positive attitude
• Comfortable working with Excel and computers
• Attention to detail in testing and documentation
• Eligibility CriteriaMechanical or Textile Engineering background preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Candidates with up to 6 months of experience will be preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (based on skills and learning ability)
