Multi Skilled Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MST

The Multi Skilled Technician (MST) will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair activities at the logistics facility. The role requires hands-on technical skills across electrical, mechanical and basic civil works to ensure smooth functioning of all utilities and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, lighting, DG sets, panels, and UPS.

* Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime in warehouse/office operations.

* Support installation, inspection, and testing of equipment and utilities.

* Maintain tools, equipment, and spare s inventory.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and statutory requirements.

* Coordinate with facility team and vendors for timely completion of repair works.

* Maintain daily checklists, logbooks, and service records.

* Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices at the site.

Requirements:

* ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical equivalent.

* 35 years of experience in facility management, preferably in logistics/warehousing industry.

* Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC.

* Ability to work independently and handle multi-technical tasks.

* Good communication and reporting skills.

* Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.
