Job Description
Job Title: Lathe Machine Operator
Location: Ghaziabad
Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate lathe machine for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts
- Read and understand basic drawings and measurements
- Set up machine tools and ensure proper alignment
- Maintain accuracy and quality of finished products
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as per production targets and supervisor instructions
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma or relevant experience in lathe operation
- Minimum 1–3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge of machine tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read basic technical drawings
- Physically fit and hardworking
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime available
- Weekly off
- PF / ESI (as per company policy)
Working Hours:
- 8:30am –8:00pm (as per company schedule)
