Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Loan Executive to identify, meet, and onboard professionals — including CAs, CSs, real estate agents, insurance agents, and ex-bankers — as referral consultants for our loan products.
What You'll Do
• Identify and onboard consultants who can refer clients for loan solutions
• Manage referred cases from login to closure, ensuring timely updates
• Educate consultants on loan products, features, and charges
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the consultant network
• Conduct periodic training sessions on product updates and processes
• Resolve client-level issues related to documentation and applications
What We're Looking For
• Graduate with 1+ years in sales, relationship management, or financial services
• Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with an existing or buildable professional network
• Knowledge of loan products (Home loan and LAP)
