About the Role, We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling company-provided client leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successfully closed loan deals. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail in documentation, and comfort working with digital loan application platforms and Excel-based data tracking.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall prospective and existing clients from company-provided leads/database to pitch loan products and understand their financial needs.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
• Convince and guide customers through the loan process, addressing objections and building trust to close deals effectively.
• Collect, verify, and complete all required paperwork and documentation for loan applications.
• Fill and submit loan applications through digital/online portals wherever applicable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, underwriting) to ensure smooth processing and quick disbursal of loans.
• Follow up regularly with clients on pending documentation, application status, and disbursal updates.
• Maintain complete and updated client data in Excel, including contact details, loan status, follow-up dates, and deal outcomes.
• Draft professional and persuasive emails to clients for follow-ups, document requests, and deal closures.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement targets as set by the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during the entire loan process.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer financial information at all times.
• Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convince and persuade customers.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining and managing client data (basic formulas, sorting, filtering, data entry).
• Good email writing and drafting skills for professional client correspondence.
• Comfortable with calling clients and handling objections confidently.
• Basic understanding of loan products, documentation, and digital application processes (training will be provided).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for paperwork accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented approach.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with online forms/portals and email platforms.
• QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
• 0–3 years of experience in loan sales, tele-calling, or a similar customer-facing sales role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services is an added advantage.
