Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and civil works.
- Attend breakdown complaints related to electrical faults, plumbing leakage, and minor civil repairs.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per the scheduled maintenance plan.
- Repair and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, fans, and small electrical equipment.
- Handle basic plumbing works such as fixing leakage, replacing taps, clearing blockages, etc.
- Perform minor carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, locks, and furniture.
- Carry out minor civil repairs such as patchwork, tile fixing, and painting touch-ups.
- Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, pumps, motors, and basic HVAC systems (basic level support).
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Record maintenance activities in logbooks or maintenance registers.
- Coordinate with supervisors for major repairs and spare requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
