About the Role:
Staffnexa Talent Solutions is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the backbone of daily branch operations, ensuring that administrative workflows, documentation, and office logistics run seamlessly.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational habits and excellent communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation & Filing: Systematically organize, maintain, and secure physical and digital corporate records, client files, and official correspondence.
• Office Logistics & Upkeep: Oversee general office cleanliness and maintenance, manage administrative inventory/stationery stocks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Courier & Dispatch Management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, letters, and packages, maintaining an accurate log of all dispatches.
• Front Office Coordination: Greet incoming visitors, screen and direct phone calls, and guide visiting candidates or clients to the appropriate departments.
• Data Entry Support: Assist teams with routine data entry tasks, scanning documents, and maintaining clean administrative tracking sheets in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Team Support: Liaison between local branch workflows and core processing teams to ensure seamless administrative document transfers and quick query resolution.
Working Hours & Timings:
• Regular Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Month-End Operations: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements
Requirements:
• Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, comfortably handling Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and internet applications.
• Communication: Strong verbal fluency in Hindi and functional working knowledge of English.
• Attributes: Highly organized, reliable, punctual, and capable of handling routine operational tasks under minimal supervision.
