Job Description

Job Summary-

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business functioning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and installation teams for smooth operations.
  • Maintain office records, documents, and databases.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders as required.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and customer visits.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and service requests.
  • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration or coordination.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in electrical, automation, or technology-related companies.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
