Senior Business Development Executive – Student Admissions

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive – Student Admissions who can drive admissions, counsel parents, improve demo-to-admission conversion, and gradually manage a student enrollment team.
Job Role
The candidate will be responsible for handling parent enquiries, generating trial/demo bookings, converting demos into paid admissions, and supporting the growth of the student enrollment team.
The candidate should be able to work as an individual performer and also take responsibility for team handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Admissions & Parent Counselling
- Call prospective parents and explain 3iEducation’s Math and Science programs.
- Understand the student’s grade, curriculum, learning needs, and parent expectations.
- Guide parents for demo/trial classes and help them choose the right program.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/calling sheets.
- Convert trial/demo classes into paid admissions.
- Handle parent objections related to fees, timing, teacher quality, curriculum, and class structure.
Trial/Demo Management
- Schedule demo classes with parents.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth demo allocation.
- Take parent feedback after demo completion.
- Follow up strongly after demo to close admissions.
- Track demo scheduled, demo done, rescheduled, pending, and converted leads.
Team Handling Responsibility
- From the first month onwards, the candidate should be able to guide and monitor a small team of 3–5 telecalling executives/admission counsellors.
- Within 3 months of joining, the candidate is expected to handle a larger team of 5–10 telecalling executives/admission counsellors.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, demo bookings, and conversion performance.
- Support team members in parent counselling and objection handling.
- Review calling sheets/CRM updates and ensure proper reporting.
- Conduct short review meetings and share performance updates with management.
- Help the team achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Performance Expectations
- Make 100–150 quality calls per day.
- Generate regular demo/trial bookings.
- Convert demo classes into paid admissions.
- Maintain proper follow-up discipline.
- Achieve monthly individual admission targets.
- Improve team performance after team responsibility is assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and parent counselling skills.
- Experience in EdTech sales, student admissions, tele calling, or academic counselling.
- Ability to handle targets and pressure.
- Good follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- Leadership ability to manage a team of 3–5 initially and 5–10 members later.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach.
- Preferred Candidate Profile2–5 years of experience in sales, admissions, business development, or EdTech counselling.
- Prior experience in online tuition, school education, coaching, or EdTech industry will be preferred.
- Candidate should be confident in speaking with parents and explaining educational programs.
- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
Compensation & Incentives

Work Schedule
- Mode: Work From Home
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Notice Period: 15–30 days, as per final terms
