Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in:
- Documentation Handling
- KYC Verification
- Customer Support
- Prior experience in the Telecom industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end onboarding activities
- Verifying customer documents and KYC compliance
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintaining accurate onboarding records and reports
Desired Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of KYC/documentation processes
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
