Job Description
- Handle complete site execution and supervision of civil works.
- Execute residential house, villa, commercial, and interior projects.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities as per project schedule.
- Arrange all required manpower for site execution.
- Manage labour teams, subcontractors, and vendors efficiently.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and project managers.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Supervise RCC, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Monitor project progress from planning to execution stage.
- Ensure timely completion of work within deadlines.
- Maintain quality standards and proper workmanship at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure proper safety measures and housekeeping at site.
- Arrange and coordinate site materials as per requirement.
- Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and work records.
- Verify labour and subcontractor work quantities.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and interior teams.
- Manage multiple work activities simultaneously.
- Handle manpower including masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, welders, tile workers, bar benders, and helpers.
- Ensure smooth coordination between planning, procurement, and execution teams.
- Support final finishing, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in residential, villa, and civil construction projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills required.
