Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily packaging operations, ensure quality standards, and manage team productivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in packaging processes along with basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day packaging activities on the floor
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and dispatch readiness
- Maintain quality standards and minimize damages/returns
- Manage and guide packaging staff for efficiency and discipline
- Track daily output and maintain records in Excel or basic software
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Monitor packaging material usage and inventory
💻 Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, reporting)
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in warehouse/packaging supervision is a plus
