Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and optimize our brand’s presence across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Meesho, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end account operations, driving sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth execution of e-commerce strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Operations
  • Manage seller accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
  • Handle listing creation, catalog management, pricing updates, and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor order fulfillment, return rates, and customer service issues.

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Optimize product listings using SEO, A+ Content, and Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (GMV, CTR, Conversion Rate, ACOS, ROAS).
  • Coordinate with teams to manage pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.

Advertising & Marketing

  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace campaigns.
  • Utilize sponsored ads, deals, and promotions to boost product visibility.
  • Analyze ad performance and optimize for higher ROI.

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstocking issues.
  • Work with warehouses and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) / Flipkart Smart Fulfillment / Myntra Warehouse models.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze daily sales, inventory, competitor pricing, and market trends.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Suggest improvements based on analytics and customer feedback.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce platform account managers for support and escalations.
  • Negotiate commission structures, promotional slots, and business terms with marketplaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools.
  • Experience with PPC advertising, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Good understanding of logistics, fulfillment models, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
