Key Responsibilities:

1. Pizza Preparation and Cooking:

   - Prepare fresh pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following company recipes.  

   - Cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring optimal texture, flavor, and presentation.  

   - Experiment with new recipes and suggest innovative ideas to enhance the menu.  

2. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP):

   - Follow all SOPs for food preparation, portion control, and presentation.  

   - Ensure consistency in taste and quality across all orders.  

3. Maintaining Cleanliness: 

   - Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.  

   - Regularly sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces in compliance with health regulations.  

4. Taste and Quality Assurance:

   - Conduct quality checks to ensure pizzas meet the company’s taste and presentation standards.  

   - Continuously monitor and improve food quality based on customer feedback.  

5. Inventory Management:

   - Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.  

   - Minimize waste by optimizing ingredient usage and storage practices.  

6. Team Collaboration:

   - Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.  

   - Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.  

Requirements: 

- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant or pizzeria.  

- Expertise in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, hand-stretching, and topping application.  

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.  

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cleanliness.  

- Strong attention to detail, especially in taste and presentation.  

- Good communication and teamwork skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:

- Culinary certification or training is a plus.  

- Familiarity with Indian spices and seasonings is an advantage.
